NDRO follows the policy of zero tolerance to corruption and fraudulent actions. The Office of Anticorruption and Integrity aligns with NDRO’s commitment to strengthen governance across the organization’s system and activities. The Integrity and Transparency Office (ITO) mitigates integrity risks, investigates integrity violations, and promotes integrity among NDRO’s stakeholders.
Complaint Form
To report any indication of corruption and integrity violations, please provide as much information and detail as possible, including who, what, when, where, why, and how the case happened. For example:
- Who do you think committed the integrity violation or corruption? Who else might have been involved?
- What happened? Describe the events fully and using as much relevant details as possible.
- When did it happen? Provide dates, time, and how many times.
- Where did it happen? Include the city and country, and, if possible, the actual address like name of the building, street name & number, name of area/ district/ village and province.
- How does your allegation relate to NDRO business? Were there any NDRO’s staff involved?
If you have documents, photographs, or other physical and/or digital evidence of the alleged integrity violation, please send that information to ITO, via the Supporting Documents section below.

We encourage you, though, to provide us with some contact information so we may communicate with you during our review and investigation of the alleged report. We assure you that all the information you will provide will be treated with strictly confidential.
